Shipping Policy
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–5 business days. Pre-order items may require 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Goddess Dream is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed or shipped.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue for review.
Any approved refund or exchange requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion.
